Youth readiness doesn’t live in one program. It lives in the system.
Across communities, youth support efforts are often fragmented, schools focus on academics, programs focus on engagement, and families carry the emotional weight in between. What’s missing is a shared, system-wide understanding of how young people are actually experiencing transition.
FYI exists to close that gap.
By centering youth voice, emotional wellness, identity, and readiness, FYI helps communities see what’s working, what’s missing, and what needs to change, together.

The FutureYOUth Initiative is a structured ecosystem that integrates data, dialogue, and public engagement to strengthen youth readiness at scale.
